North Island Manager - Utilities Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams, day to day operations and project delivery across the North Island
• Apply technical knowledge to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Manage key client relationships and build strong partnerships with subcontractors and partners
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
• Manage contracts effectively to meet budget, quality, and safety standards
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in operations management within civil infrastructure or related industries
• Strong leadership capability and team development skills
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Strong commercial mindset and business development capability
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
