North American Record to Report Regional Service Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service delivery for the Record-to-Report (RTR) function in North America, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage service quality and drive performance to meet established SLAs for both internal and outsourced (BPO) teams.
• Oversee efficient month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Drive the RTR transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic advisor and change leader to align RTR processes with regional finance leadership and global GBS strategies.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• Proven experience managing general ledger month-end close processes, including analysis and controls.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience in public accounting.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) specifically within regional Record-to-Report processes.
