North America Pursuit Data Analyst & Business Planner

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
• Participate in data science projects involving the investigation, design, and implementation of new products and technologies.
• Use statistical tools and machine learning techniques to identify process gaps and root cause issues.
• Develop data insight visualizations and standardized reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform data collection, experiments, and validations in accordance with established protocols and team guidance.
• Support priority projects by maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and providing regular updates on progress.

Requirements

• Four-year Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1-5 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Strong knowledge of statistical tools and machine learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with R, SAS, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and ETL processes.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality management.
