North America OEM Business Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure approval for high-level global PSS plans and budgets aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in the development and execution of global product introduction plans
• Own a comprehensive GTM scorecard and dashboard, including metrics, goals, and benchmarks
• Define global customer segmentation strategies to tailor PSS experiences
• Oversee global marketing operations, including CRM updates, accrual management, and collateral fulfillment
• Partner with senior sales management to strengthen retailer and reseller relationships
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure strategic plan realization

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Proven experience in product marketing, product design, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile Methodology and Go-to-Market strategy
• Strong skills in data analysis, market research, and KPI management
• Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) environments and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
