About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing North America Co-Sell team to execute regional partner go-to-market strategies.
  • Own regional revenue targets tied to partner-attached pipeline, bookings, and customer adoption.
  • Build scalable co-sell and co-deployment motions with cloud providers, global systems integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Drive comprehensive account mapping to identify whitespace and accelerate joint pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to embed partners into territory planning and account strategy.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer AI workloads are successfully deployed and scaled in production.
  • Define regional operating metrics, forecasting models, and dashboards to drive accountability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud alliances, partnerships, or partner sales leadership.
  • Experience leading regional or global co-sell organizations with direct people management responsibility.
  • Proven success owning and delivering on significant revenue targets.
  • Deep experience working with cloud providers, global systems integrators, or enterprise technology partners.
  • Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting, KPIs, and business reviews.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading strategic partnerships for cloud, AI, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure companies.
  • Experience working closely with delivery organizations to ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, enterprise software ecosystems, and modern cloud architectures.
