Nordic Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Nordic region
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industries using IT expertise
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and services for Nordic clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management
• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales management within the IT industry
• Direct exposure to the Nordic markets
• Strong understanding of IT products and services and their value propositions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English
• Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of a Nordic language
