Nordic Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead brand media strategy by developing data-driven investment plans to drive mass-market conversions and visibility.
• Manage agency relationships, including leading briefs, budget coordination, and daily execution.
• Oversee transactional and retail media strategies aligned with Retailer Joint Business Plans.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights on content, audience, and platform optimization.
• Drive 1P audience growth and data acceleration, prioritizing SEO and SEA strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce Brand Managers and Brand teams to ensure holistic digital engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in media management, specifically focused on digital media.
• Background in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• In-depth expertise in full-funnel media activation and data-driven strategy development.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills and local media landscape expertise are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced matrix structure.
