About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspections using methods such as Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Immersion Ultrasonic, and/or Eddy Current
- Assist with selecting, preparing, loading, calibrating, and operating NDT equipment
- Document all work performed and inspection results on product travelers
- Maintain cleanliness of the inspection area and perform daily equipment walk-arounds
- Complete required classroom theory, on-the-job training, and certification examinations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- NDT experience or NDT Level 1 certification, preferably in Ultrasonic or Eddy Current (ET)
- Experience in a quality or aerospace manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- P/A&P/Repairman License
