Non-Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Commercial initiatives including scoping, planning, and risk management
• Build and maintain program dashboards and tracking systems for stakeholder reporting
• Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and scope changes
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive outcomes
• Serve as the Commercial workstream lead within company-wide strategic initiatives
• Own the global Commercial knowledge infrastructure and intranet governance
• Support the evaluation and adoption of tools and technologies to enhance program delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in program management
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with strong organizational skills
• Ability to build program dashboards and status reporting frameworks
• Strong cross-functional relationship building skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning knowledge management or resource centralization initiatives
