Non Retail Credit Risk Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate and authorize credit requests within assigned limits in adherence to bank policy and risk appetite.
• Evaluate financial and non-financial risks to ensure accurate client risk profiling and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor changes in client creditworthiness and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Partner with Banking business lines to provide advisory support and ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Proactively monitor early warning signs and market trends within the assigned commercial credit portfolio.
• Validate critical data elements in credit systems to support capital and provision accuracy.
• Support the digitization of risk processes to improve decision speed and operational efficiency.
• Exemplify a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and coaching within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or credit adjudication.
• Post-Secondary Education completed in business or a related field.
• Extensive expertise in complex financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of bank lending policies, risk assessment techniques, and credit structuring.
• Proven ability to administer a commercial credit portfolio.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
