Non-Production Billing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead non-production billing governance, standards, and controls across site teams
• Own end-to-end billing execution, including Salesforce-to-JDE setup, invoicing, and due date management
• Ensure timely revenue capture, collection, and disciplined cycle billing
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reporting for non-production revenue visibility
• Analyze billing trends, backlog, delays, and revenue leakage to support leadership decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, project management, procurement, and operations
• Reconcile third-party invoices and support client/service setup in billing systems
• Train stakeholders on standardized billing processes and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of related experience in finance, billing, or financial operations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• ERP experience, preferably JDE
• Intermediate computer skills and strong mathematical ability
• Ability to communicate clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting or billing governance
• Background working cross-functionally with site leadership and operations
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience developing reporting tools, dashboards, or forecasting models
