Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and apply current procedures
• Unload, handle, and sort materials
• Identify, classify, and inspect non-ferrous metals
• Weigh, organize, and prepare materials for shipment or reception
• Maintain site cleanliness and order
• Work safely in compliance with OH&S standards
• Perform any other related operational tasks

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Good physical condition and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Responsible, punctual, and resourceful personality
• Commitment to health and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or recycling environment
• Experience with forklifts or other heavy equipment
• Knowledge of different types of metals
