Non-Ferrous Receiver Laborer

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Receive, sort, inspect, and prepare non-ferrous metals
• Identify different types of metals and evaluate their quality
• Use equipment such as a forklift as needed
• Participate in receiving, shipping, loading, and unloading activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Perform other related tasks to support site operations

Requirements

• Ability to work safely and respect health and safety standards
• Good physical condition and appreciation for manual work
• Versatility and resourcefulness
• Comfort working in an industrial environment
• Team player with ability to manage priorities
• Knowledge of metals or forklift experience is an asset
