Non-Conformity Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the treatment of non-conformities for internal and external products, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments.
• Lead the end-to-end process from defect characterization on the production floor to the implementation of curative actions and reimbursement.
• Supervise and develop a dedicated team, prioritizing activities and managing workload capacity.
• Guarantee performance results and propose corrective action plans in the event of performance drops.
• Organize and lead management governance meetings to monitor progress.
• Identify risks and intervene during deviations using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Quality, or Production.
• Solid experience in team management within an industrial environment.
• General knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisive actions.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
