About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the treatment of non-conformities for internal and external products, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments.
- Lead the end-to-end process from defect characterization on the production floor to the implementation of curative actions and reimbursement.
- Supervise and develop a dedicated team, prioritizing activities and managing workload capacity.
- Guarantee performance results and propose corrective action plans in the event of performance drops.
- Organize and lead management governance meetings to monitor progress.
- Identify risks and intervene during deviations using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Quality, or Production.
- Solid experience in team management within an industrial environment.
- General knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisive actions.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
