Responsibilities
- Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules and regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately
- Communicate with Route Manager or Dispatch regarding unsafe situations or service needs
- Assist other drivers or routes when needed
- Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 or older
- Pass DOT drug screen and MVR review
- Willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of events
- Attend 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts
