Non-CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Communicate with Route Manager or Dispatch regarding unsafe situations
• Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
• Assist other drivers or routes as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past 5 years
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review
• Willingness to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of weather events
• Ability to attend an 8-hour in-person snow training session

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior snowplow experience
