Node.js Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js
• Implement and manage real-time event streaming using Apache Kafka
• Build scalable and maintainable microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to Node.js services and Kafka message pipelines
• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka (producer/consumer architecture, stream processing)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem
• Good understanding of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases
