NOC Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor mining operations using Grafana, Zabbix, and PagerDuty to detect and address anomalies
• Respond to fleet, security, facility, energy, network, outage, and software alerts
• Resolve technical issues and operational setbacks to minimize downtime
• Manage CCTV systems and maintain secure facility access
• Handle energy curtailment situations using AESO, ERCOT, and NYISO systems
• Communicate via phone, email, Slack, and direct messages; document all incidents
• Share operational insights with other departments
• Participate in ongoing training and mentor newer team members as you advance
• Generate, audit, and manage tickets for operational incidents
• Work an 8am–5pm ET shift schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• IT or computer science degree/certification preferred
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Grafana, Zabbix, and PagerDuty
