NOC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and operation of telecommunications, IT, and OT systems
• Incident Management: recording, classifying, prioritizing, and tracking disturbances and events via ticket creation
• Security Monitoring & Event Handling: monitoring and processing security incidents in the SOC
• Troubleshooting: identification, analysis, containment, and resolution of complex IT, network, and security system faults
• Coordination of Field Services, 2nd Level support, and external service providers for fault rectification
• Major Incident Management: leading and coordinating incident processes, including escalation management and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Network Technology, or Cybersecurity
• Technical foundation in networking and IT
• Interest in security, monitoring, automation, and AI-supported tools
• Fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts
