NOC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies, authorities, and client teams to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
• Support the design team throughout the NOC process and attend project kick-off and coordination meetings
• Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with internal and external clients and government entities across the UAE to resolve technical queries
• Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within required timeframes
• Review project schedules to identify potential delays related to NOC progress and recommend corrective actions
• Collect and consolidate information from agencies, consultants, and contractors to prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
• Internship experience within an engineering field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car for frequent travel to government offices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in liaising with government authorities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
• Must be a UAE National
