NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for multilingual and regional text processing
• Implement and fine-tune transformer-based models such as BERT, IndicNLP, and HuggingFace
• Build robust pipelines for tokenization, parsing, and named entity recognition (NER)
• Optimize NLP models for accuracy, scalability, and performance across diverse languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and apply them to real-world problems

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency with HuggingFace and IndicNLP
• Expertise in BERT and transformer-based models
• Experience with tokenization, NER, and parsing regional text
• Knowledge of multilingual optimization
