Nights Team Lead Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates on performance standards and company vision
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment
• Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines
• Promote company health and safety practices and ensure compliance across all activities
• Supervise receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock
• Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
• Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy
• Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff
• Serve as a point of escalation for inventory issues and process barriers

Requirements

• 3 years of warehouse experience
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previously held a Team Lead position for at least 1 year
