Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during late arrivals or early morning departures at the main entrance
• Maintain excellent client relations with absolute confidentiality and discretion
• Handle luggage securely and deliver it to guest rooms
• Manage vehicles including parking, providing them to guests, and cleaning
• Monitor night shuttle rounds if necessary
• Support concierge services with night-shift tasks such as last-minute errands and message processing

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) held for more than 2 years
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to drive safely in snowy conditions
• Conscientious, vigilant, and service-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or night shift in a high-end establishment
• Multilingual skills
