Night Team Member

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile, providing a warm welcome to guests during the night
• Assist in the general running of the hotel during night shifts
• Support other departments to prepare for the following day
• Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure guest and property security
• Manage guest relations and recognize guests requiring special attention

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work night shifts (typically 22:30 to 07:00)
