Responsibilities
- Supervise the guest relations team and lead by example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department
- Ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during night operations
