Night Shift Supervisor Mfg. Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure goals are met
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career development to the manufacturing team
• Control material flows and manufacturing operations
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex manufacturing issues
• Provide training to associates on new procedures and onboarding
• Lead continuous improvement recommendations to support operational efficiency
• Assign and distribute workloads according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of manufacturing experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial settings
• OR Associate’s degree with 5 years of manufacturing experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial settings
• OR High school degree with 10 years of manufacturing experience in Food, Pharma, or Industrial settings
• Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA)
• Minimum 2 years of team lead experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, process validations, and ISO 9000
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift (4PM-4AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SAP (PP/PE)
