Night Shift Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations to deliver service, safety, and cost objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, legislative, and customer requirements across all operations
• Monitor safety performance and drive risk management, incident reporting, and corrective actions
• Manage team performance to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators
• Review costs, revenue, and margins to drive profitability and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support service delivery

Requirements

• Experience in road, rail, or transport operations management
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing operational teams
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, cost management, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of business management practices within logistics or supply chain environments
• Proven capability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions
• Current driver licence and relevant qualifications
