Night Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth hotel operations during night hours
• Provide highest quality guest service
• Oversee operational supervision and problem-solving
• Maintain guest safety and comfort
• Act as the first point of contact for rapid response situations
• Support the night reception and security teams

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality in a similar position
• Ability to make decisions and work under pressure
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Independence and excellent work organization
• Readiness to work night shifts
• Communicative English language skills
• Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage
