About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth hotel operations during night hours
- Provide highest quality guest service
- Oversee operational supervision and problem-solving
- Maintain guest safety and comfort
- Act as the first point of contact for rapid response situations
- Support the night reception and security teams
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality in a similar position
- Ability to make decisions and work under pressure
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Independence and excellent work organization
- Readiness to work night shifts
- Communicative English language skills
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage
