Night Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations during the night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
• Inspire and manage a large team including managers, supervisors, and up to 350 employees
• Drive a culture of safety, ownership, and excellence using 5S principles
• Meet or exceed service levels, quality expectations, and productivity metrics
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance development for the department
• Implement strategic plans to increase productivity, quality, and cost savings
• Monitor program effectiveness and report productivity metrics to senior leadership
• Develop supervisors and provide clear, constructive feedback and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer care environment
• Proven experience in hiring, motivating, coaching, and training large teams
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day and walk up to 10 miles per day
• Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs and perform physical duties such as moving product
• Proficiency in operating computerized scanning equipment and PC-based inventory programs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
