About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and secure experience for guests during the night shift
- Manage guest arrivals and departures
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
- Set up seminar rooms according to MICE planning and activity
- Set up the breakfast buffet in compliance with HACCP standards
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth reception operations
Requirements
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for excellence in customer service
- Strong oral communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to work in a friendly environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
