Responsibilities

• Welcome guests via phone and in person and perform check-ins
• Inform guests about stay conditions, formalities, and hotel services
• Guarantee the quality of service provided to the guest
• Build guest loyalty
• Manage the cash float assigned during the shift
• Process guest payments and prepare debtor invoices
• Ensure the daily closing of hotel operations
• Handle reservations
• Respect hygiene and safety rules

Requirements

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Fluency in English is essential
