Responsibilities

• Act as a night shift hero ensuring a smooth and secure experience for guests
• Manage guest arrivals and departures during night hours
• Provide exceptional service with patience and empathy
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth reception operations

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent oral communication skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
