About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage efficient and friendly guest check-in, rooming, and check-out procedures
- Respond proactively to all guest queries and requests
- Resolve guest complaints within your level of responsibility and escalate to the Night Manager when necessary
- Adhere strictly to the hotel's credit policy
- Maintain high standards of computer input and departmental documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or guest-facing operational role
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional flair
- Strong attention to detail and immaculate personal presentation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using the Opera PMS system
