Night Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reception, check-ins, and check-outs during night shifts
• Respond to phone calls and emails, potentially in English or other languages
• Process arrivals, departures, booking changes, and payments in hotel systems
• Ensure night-time security and react to potential disturbances
• Manage night-time hotel routines including reporting, billing, and maintaining reception cleanliness
• Provide high-quality customer service both in-person and remotely

Requirements

• Responsible and independent work ethic
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask in a varying night-shift rhythm
• Previous experience in hotel or customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
• Reliability and precision in a responsible night-time role
