Responsibilities

• Handle late check-ins and check-outs, guest orientation, and local recommendations
• Manage taxi and show reservations and pre-stay processing
• Proactively manage guest satisfaction and nocturnal complaints
• Process individual and group reservations and manage scheduling
• Perform cash closing, invoicing, and payments
• Ensure strict application of security procedures and equipment monitoring
• Manage calls, emails, and online reputation during the night shift

Requirements

• Fluent English (indispensable)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
• Autonomous and responsible with a strong sense of initiative
• Organized with a strong service orientation
• Polished professional presentation
