ELEGANCIA is a creator and manager of lifestyle hotels. The Dandy is a 4-star lifestyle hotel located in the heart of the Châtelet-les-Halles district in Paris, featuring 36 rooms, saunas, a jacuzzi, and a massage room.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out, orientation, and service presentations
• Provide concierge services including local recommendations and reservations
• Manage individual and group reservations and CRM updates
• Perform back-office tasks including calls, emails, and social media management
• Manage finances including cash handling, invoicing, and payments
• Monitor stock, maintenance needs, and equipment functionality
• Ensure guest security and compliance with safety procedures
• Monitor e-reputation and handle guest complaints proactively

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fluency in English is indispensable
• Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks effectively
• Reliable, dynamic, and reactive personality
• Ability to work night shifts
