Night Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of guests and the establishment during night shifts
• Manage front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and billing
• Handle reservations, modifications, and group bookings
• Manage the cash desk and perform hotel closing procedures and reporting
• Address technical incidents and communicate guest needs to internal departments
• Provide warm, personalized customer service to ensure guest well-being

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English
• Professional presentation and a welcoming demeanor
• Proactive, empathetic, and smiling attitude
• Knowledge of FOLS software is a plus
• Beginner profiles are accepted
