About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of guests and the establishment during night shifts
- Manage front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and billing
- Handle reservations, modifications, and group bookings
- Manage the cash desk and perform hotel closing procedures and reporting
- Address technical incidents and communicate guest needs to internal departments
- Provide warm, personalized customer service to ensure guest well-being
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English
- Professional presentation and a welcoming demeanor
- Proactive, empathetic, and smiling attitude
- Knowledge of FOLS software is a plus
- Beginner profiles are accepted
