About the role
Responsibilities
- Guest reception and service, including check-in and check-out for hotel guests
- Conducting rounds/patrols
- Telephone handling
- Minor cleaning tasks
- Administrative tasks, including reviewing future bookings and follow-ups
- Booking stays and preparing offers/confirmations in the Visbook system
Requirements
- Experience in service professions
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Responsible and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Knowledge of Nordic languages or German is an advantage
- Flexible and hardworking
