About the Company

Audley Redwood is set within 15 acres of landscaped parkland, just a short drive from the city of Bristol. It's made up of 106 luxury apartments and 20 cottages, built to complement the local Georgian architecture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Create a secure, warm and welcoming environment for owners
• Assist with administrative and operational support
• Provide care support if required
• Perform pool cleaning and complete pool test logs
• Prepare swimming pool and club for day use
• Ensure cleanliness of all public and communal areas
• Manage refuse collection throughout the village

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and tolerant nature
• Flexible approach to shift patterns
• Ability to work under pressure and perform in emergencies
• Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
