Night Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Track and trace current shipments within the ITS network
• Maintain relationships with drivers and provide necessary support
• Produce timely and accurate communications to customers
• Review handoffs and monitor the state of the network daily
• Utilize technology to track orders for on-time delivery
• Update delivery windows in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Escalate concerns, delays, or shipment failures to the appropriate chain of command
• Communicate effective hand-offs at the end of each shift

Requirements

• One year of transportation industry experience preferred
• Strong professional business writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage high-stress situations with resilience
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
