Night Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Track and trace current shipments in the ITS network
• Maintain relationships with drivers and provide support as needed
• Produce timely and accurate communication to all customers within the assigned network
• Review and communicate effective handoffs each shift
• Utilize technology to properly track orders for on-time delivery
• Ensure loads are on time and track and trace updates are sent per the required cadence
• Escalate concerns, delays, loss failures, and other shipment issues to the appropriate chain of command

Requirements

• Ability to work evening and midnight hours
• Good communication skills including professional business writing and verbal communication
• Experience documenting in TMS
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• High level of grit and ability to manage issues in high-stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the transportation industry
