Night Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize operational team activities in collaboration with dock managers
• Ensure availability of production means including supplies, preventive maintenance, and handling equipment
• Validate and optimize human resources required for activity processing within budget
• Implement new client follow-up and handle agency disputes
• Perform and analyze operational reporting for continuous improvement
• Manage a team of dock managers, focusing on skill development and versatility
• Lead recruitment and integration processes for new employees
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures
• Maintain positive working conditions and social climate at the logistics site

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational management and team leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
• High reactivity and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong negotiation skills and focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency with IT tools and analytical skills
• Ability to work night shifts (21:00 to 05:00)
