Night of Show Upsells

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate venue amenities, including premier parking and lawn chair rentals
• Sell Live Nation merchandise, blankets, and various event upsells such as VIP club access and fast lane passes
• Handle cash and credit card transactions following established audit guidelines
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of signs, tables, and tents
• Examine tickets and passes to ensure authenticity
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules during events
• Participate in post-show cleanup, including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in an outdoor environment and all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cash handling
• Familiarity with iPhone and iPad technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and late evenings
