Responsibilities
- Manage the guest relations team and lead by example
- Anticipate and deliver the guest journey to the highest level
- Manage performance and productivity of the night operations team
- Ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department
- Handle guest requests and operational challenges independently
- Maintain security awareness and follow hotel safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Experienced hospitality professional
- Previous Night or Front Office supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
