Night Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the guest relations team and lead by example
• Anticipate and deliver the guest journey to the highest level
• Manage performance and productivity of the night operations team
• Ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department
• Handle guest requests and operational challenges independently
• Maintain security awareness and follow hotel safety and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Experienced hospitality professional
• Previous Night or Front Office supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong decision-making skills
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
