About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the guest relations team and lead by example
- Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey to the highest level
- Ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during night operations
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the guest services department
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out and reservation management
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Experience managing and motivating a team of front desk staff
- Solid understanding of front desk operations, guest billing, and reservation management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staff training and development
