Night Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight operation as the Manager on Duty
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns
• Complete the Night Audit and ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the Front Office Night Team
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the hotel
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security procedures
• Support room service operations during the night
• Manage overnight staffing levels and inter-departmental communication

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Front Office leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures and hotel operations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing financial reconciliations and reporting
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Understanding of health & safety, fire safety, and hotel security
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using hotel property management systems such as Opera
