Night Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate night operations
• Guarantee quality of reception and guest experience
• Handle specific requests, complaints, and emergency situations
• Perform daily closings and night audits
• Control cash receipts, invoicing, and cash operations
• Verify reservations, late arrivals, no-shows, and complimentary stays
• Monitor pricing anomalies and follow up on client accounts
• Coordinate and support night teams to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure smooth information transfer between night and day shifts

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Night Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Excellent organization and priority management skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to manage unforeseen events with composure
• Proficiency in hotel IT tools (PMS, cash register, reporting)
• Fluency in English
