Responsibilities

• Ensure and control the daily closing of the Reception
• Update daily currency exchange rates
• Verify daily work of receptionists including billing, rates, and guest files
• Serve guests with courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness
• Act as the primary contact for all inquiries regarding hotel operations
• Manage guest relations and information
• Handle guest arrivals and departures following hotel procedures
• Anticipate guest needs and escalate information to relevant departments
• Control the cash drawer

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
• Proficiency in Opera software
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and seriousness
• Ability to handle guest complaints with a positive attitude
