Night Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end night audit process, including revenue reconciliation and report preparation
• Oversee overnight hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth business continuity
• Act as the primary escalation point for guest enquiries, concerns, and emergency situations
• Ensure all guest accounts, reservations, and billing are accurate and compliant
• Monitor hotel occupancy and support revenue optimisation initiatives
• Maintain strict adherence to cash handling, auditing, and compliance procedures
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property at all times
• Lead, support, and supervise the night team to deliver high service standards
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure continuity between day and night operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Night Manager, Night Audit, or senior Front Office role
• Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems
• Solid financial acumen with high attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Ability to manage overnight operations calmly and effectively
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud property management system
