Night Lead

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address guest needs during overnight hours to ensure comfort and safety
• Conduct regular security patrols and enforce safety protocols throughout the lodge
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate effectively with staff or emergency responders
• Complete nightly reports, reconcile check-in data, and manage room inventory
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next day
• Launder linens and reset common areas to prepare the facility for morning operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field
• Knowledge of security and emergency response procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:00pm - 7:00am)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and occasional lifting

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education or training in hospitality management or security
• Experience with night auditing procedures
